A commission manual has been prepared for PSP 3 – which outlines the processes involved in using the MHA framework.
Process flow chart documents and corresponding Activity Notes are available in the links below and the member login area. These correspond with:

- download from this website – either on this page, or in the member login area. Look under Professional services and you will see folder options; these include documents in various formats to assist easy completion
- via links* embedded in the Process flow charts
*some of the documents will require password access to the MHA ISP – should the content be more confidential and only for our members to use to support their PSP 3 commissioning.
