The Framework Community Board report on agreed indicators that will enable the performance of the framework to be measured adequately both across the Suppliers, MHA + members and against national indicators.
The measures of performance for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 can be found on pages 14 and 15 of the PSP 4 Framework Information
The use of a 360° feedback proforma will continue be used across both Lots. We have made these interactive so can be completed with ease
